The best celebrations never really happen by accident and are about far more than beautiful staging. It’s the interplay of people, atmosphere, design, hospitality and dramaturgy that gives them their own character.

For 15 years, we’ve been planning, designing and producing weddings and events in Berlin, throughout Germany and across Europe. We scout venues, bring together the people and expertise each project needs, shape the design and flow, manage budgets and timelines and coordinate every part of the planning.

What matters is what belongs to you. Which traditions stay, which can go? What do you want to do differently, and what might be entirely your own? Your story, your ideas and the way you want to celebrate become the thread running through everything. Not because something happens to be trending or because it’s supposedly how things are done, but because it makes sense for you.

Creative Direction is an integral part of our Full-Service Wedding Planning. We translate that central idea into a visual concept, bringing together colour and materials, space, florals, furniture and tabletop, stationery, lighting, fashion, photography and all the details that make up the overall design.

At the same time, we develop the dramaturgy: how your wedding unfolds over the course of a day or an entire weekend, how spaces and moods shift and how individual moments flow into one another.

We take the time to really get to know you, your ideas and what you have in mind for the celebration, and stay closely involved throughout the entire planning process. That’s also why we deliberately take on only a limited number of selected weddings each season.

Over the years, we’ve built an exceptional network of creative partners and suppliers that we continue to expand beyond the wedding bubble. This allows us to assemble exactly the right team for each project, bringing together the skills and creative perspectives each idea requires.

Production and everything that happens on site are an integral part of our Full-Service Wedding Planning. We coordinate set-up and breakdown, suppliers and schedules and take care of everything happening behind the scenes. All of those ideas, decisions and details come together in a wedding with an identity of its own, one that brings together your story, your taste and your world while giving you the space to actually be part of it.

A great venue needs to do more than look good in pictures. It has to work for you, your guests and the way you want to celebrate.

We research and curate a selection of venues, check availability and terms, hold dates and arrange site visits. Most importantly, we look beyond what you can see in the pictures: What actually works here? What does the space need? And what can be made of it?

Planning your wedding yourselves but want to put the design in professional hands? Together, we develop an idea that reflects who you are, works for the venue and fits the way you want to celebrate.

We build the complete visual world of the wedding – colour, materials, florals, furniture, tabletop, stationery, lighting and all the elements that shape the space.

We bring in the creatives each concept calls for, brief everyone involved and bring all the elements together into one overall design. You take care of the organisational side of the wedding planning; we take care of the Creative Direction.

Organising your wedding yourselves but want professional support with certain decisions along the way? Wedding Consulting is for the questions and decisions where an experienced perspective and a clear outside view can make all the difference.

That might be right at the beginning, for a specific question along the way or at key milestones throughout the process. We can talk through budgets, venues, suppliers and proposals, contracts, design, timings and flow, or whatever is currently holding you up. Before each session, you send us your questions and the most important information so we can make focused use of our time together.

You can book individual sessions or work with us over a longer period with a package of five.

Weddings have been at the heart of Love Circus since 2011. Alongside them, our work includes Private & Corporate Events, Editorials, Shoots and special projects for brands, agencies and private hosts, from Creative Direction and Event or Set Design through to full production.

Our portfolio includes 15 editions of the Love Circus BASH wedding festival as well as Corporate Events and productions for clients including Soho House Berlin, SONY Europe, GRAZIA and FUJIFILM.
